     Marinara Chicken and Vegetables-Slow Cooker Recipe

Ingredients
32 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 jar (18oz) low sodium marinara
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 red ripe tomatoes, chopped OR 1 can (14.5 oz) low-sodium tomatoes, drained
1 C celery, diced
2 zucchini, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 t dried basil
1 t dried thyme
 

Instructions
1- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker. Set on low heat. Cook for 6 to 7 hours.
2- Before serving, shred meat with a fork Makes 8 1-cup servings
