1- Combine potatoes, cheese, bacion, egg yolks, parsley, chives,
flour, salt and pepper in large bowl, mix well.
2- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Scoop 1/4 cupfulls of
potato mixture into skillet. Cook 8-10 minutes on each side or
until golden brown.
