Ingredients
1/4 C diced onion
1/2 C Raw Mushrooms
1 C egg substitute
1 oz shredded cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
1- Spray pan with cooking spray
2- Saute onion and mushrooms until the onion softens
3- Pour in Egg Substitute and stir to scramble
4- Top with Cheddar Cheese
