     Pear Crisp

Ingredients
CRISP-
3 1/2 to 4 C fresh pears peeled and sliced
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1 T lemon juice
TOPPING-
1 C flour
1 C sugar
 
2/3 C sweet creamy butter

Instructions
1- Preheat oven to 375 degrees 2- Place sliced pears into 8-inch square pan
3- Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice
4- In 1-quart bowl combine flour, sugar, and butter. Beat on low speed scrapping sides often. Sprinkle evenly over fruit.
5- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes 6- Serve warm with whipped cream
