     San Francisco Rice

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup fine noodles
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp Mrs. Dash onion and herb mix
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb mix.
1/2 tsp salt
 

Instructions
In skillet, saute garlic and onion. Remove from and and set aside.
Add rice and noodles to pan and cook until rice becomes translucent. Return garlic onion mixture to the pan. Add broth, bring to a boil, lower the heat, and add seasonings. Cover and cook until the rice is tender, about 20 minutes.
