     Bacon Gravy

Ingredients
4 slices bacon
2 green onions, minced
3 tbsp flour
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup nonfat evaporated milk
 

Instructions
Saute bacon until crisp. Add onions at the last minute. Remove from pan. Chop bacon until minced and set aside.
Cook flour for 2 minutes in a pan. Add broth and milk and stir until thick and smooth. Return bacon and onions to pan.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with biscuits or over potatoes
