Ingredients
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons cointreau (orange liqueur)
1 teaspoon orange rind, grated
 

Instructions
combine ingredients in a small saucepan. bring to a boil and cook until reduced to 1/4 cup, about 3 minutes.
salt and pepper your fish fillet, then brush on this sauce before grilling or baking. baste with remaining sauce during cooking if you like.
Serving Suggestions
top with avocado-orange salsa
