1- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 13x9 pan with non-stick spray
2- Saute chicken, onion, and garlic 10 minutes in coated pan.
Remove from heat and stir in spinach and cottage cheese. Season
with salt and pepper.
3- Heat oil in pan. Stir in flour. Cook 2 minutes. Add broth and 1 C
milk. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add nutmeg and
parmesean cheese. Thin with milk.
