     Chicken - Buttermilk baked

Ingredients
Crushed corn flake crumbs
Bone-in chicken pieces
Buttermilk
paprika
cayenne pepper
dijon mustard
salt and pepper
sage
flour
 

Instructions
Mix flour with salt, pepper and sage. Mix buttermilk with paprika, cayenne pepper and Dijon mustard.
First dip chicken in flour mixture, then buttermilk mixture, then corn flake crumbs. Place onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 425 deg. for 50 minutes to 1 hour until done.
