Preheat oven to 375°, cut chicken into small pieces. Dip chicken
pieces into egg, and roll into breadcrumbs. Sprinkle salt & pepper
and bake nuggets in oven for 20 min or until cooked full (on non-
stick pan or cooking paper). OR deep fry in canola oil.
