Combine the first 4 ingredients and boil for 8
minutes. Add vanilla and cool. Combine cooked and
melted butter. Pat into a 13 x 9 pan and freeze
until firm. Sprinkle peanuts over crust. Spread
ice cream over peanuts and I spread a few nuts on
top of ice cream too. Cover with cool chocolate
mixture and freeze.
