In a large sauce pan combine stock, salt, and turmeric. Bring to a boil. Stir in celery, onion, garlic and chicken. Reduce to a simmer and cook chicken through (15-30 minutes). Once chicken is cooked through stir in noodles and let cook until soft.
Feel free to add more than 1/3 cup of each veggie or more chicken if you like a hearty soup.
