(yield almost 1 gallon)3 Tblsp-Garlic Puree which you brown first. Then add 1 lb butter until melted. Add 2 quarts heavy whipping cream & 8 oz milk. Add 1 lb Parm. cheese and 4 oz fontina cheese with 1 teasp. salt and 2 teasp. black pepper. Stir on med-high until thickens. Turn off heat and continue to stir.
