Mix mayo and horseradish in a small bowl; cover and
refrigerate until serving. In another small bowl,
combine parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp butter and garlic
powder; spread over bun tops. Set aside.
Combine beef, steak sauce and onion soup mix in a
large bowl. Shape into four patties.
Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-
handled tongs, lightly coat the grill rack. Grill
burgers covered, over medium heat for 4-5 min o each
side or till juices run clear. Top with swiss
cheese; cover and grill 1-2 min longer. Toast buns.
Add remaining butter to a large skillet. Saute
mushrooms and green onions until tender. Serve
burgers on buns; top with french-fried onions,
mushroom mixture, mayo mixture, tomato and lettuce
if desired.
