     Connie's Apple Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup buttermilk or 3/4 cup regular milk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
 
2-1/2 cup flour
2 cup sliced apples
Instructions
TOPPINGS- 1/2 cup pecans 1/2 c sugar 1 tsp cinnamon
Mix together and bake in muffin pans. 350F 15-20 min
