     Apricot Thumbprint Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese
2 tbs sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
 

Instructions
Thoroughly blend margarine, softened cream cheese and sugar. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to form stiff dough. Roll out to about a quarter inch. cut into circles and indent center. fill with solo-type pastry fillings or preserves. place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 10-15 min. sprinkle with powdered sugar
