     BLT Dip

Ingredients
1-1/2 pounds bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled and divided
2 C. shredded mozzarella cheese
2, 8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/2 C. sour cream
1/4 C. mayo
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 t. Italian Seasoning
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 T. mustard
 
2 C. chopped, seeded tomatoes
1-1/2 C. shredded iceburg lettuce
pepper and salt to taste

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 1-1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray.
In large bowl, combine all but 3/4 C. bacon, cream cheese, shredded cheeses, sour cream, mayo, seasonings and mustard.
Spoon mixture into baking dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly.
Sprinkle chopped tomatoes, 3/4 C. bacon crumbles and lettuce over hot dip. Serve immediately.
Serving Suggestions
Toasted bread rounds, crackers, pita chips
