Ingredients
2 Oz tequila
1/2 Oz triple sec
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
 

Instructions
Stir with ice and drain. Rub glass with lime and salt. Serve with finger foods like fresh steamed asparagus from Australia, Peru or Mexico, steamed for 6 minutes then rolled in salt. And with fresh cooked prawns with a dipping sauce of sour cream, Mayonnaise and Tabasco sauce. An array of other appetizers may be popular. It can be endless.
