     Grilled Chicken Legs with Avocado Mayo

Ingredients
6 whole chicken legs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ cup ripe avocado, mashed
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
¼ teaspoon ground cumin
 

Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat. Sprinkle chicken legs with salt and pepper. Place chicken on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Cook 45 minutes or until done, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from grill; let stand 10 minutes. Combine avocado, mayonnaise, lime juice and cumin in a small bowl; serve with chicken.
