Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare rice
according to package directions. Heat oil in a
large skillet over medium-high heat. Add corn
and black beans; saute 3 minutes. Stir in rice
and refried beans; saute 1 minute. Place
peppers on a rimmed baking sheet; divide rice
mixture evenly among pepper halves. Sprinkle
evenly with cheese; bake 25 minutes or until
cheese is browned and peppers are tender.
