Place cheese and breadcrumbs in a food processor
and blend lightly to combine. Pour flour onto a
plate. Whisk egg and water together in a separate
shallow bowl.
Liberally season chicken breasts with salt and
pepper. Dredge chicken in the flour and shake off
any excess. Dip in egg wash, then coat on all
sides with the cheese and breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil over a medium-high heat. Saute
seasoned chicken in olive oil for 2-3 minutes on
each side or until golden brown.
