Add yeast to 1/2 cup warm water and let sit for 5 minutes. Then, pour 1 1/4 cup room temperature water into yeast water. Then add the 2 Tablespoons of oil. Mix flour and salt (spray bowl and wood spoon with Pam). Knead for about 5 minutes until ball forms. Cover and let rise until doubled in size ( about 2 hours).
