     Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
2 cups grated zucchini
1 cup Quick oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
 
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Mix together IN ORDER. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans. 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Makes 2 loaves.
