Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. Grease cookie sheets. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl and set aside. Combine cake mix, eggs, and oil in large bowl. Stir until thoroughly blended. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. Place balls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with bottom of a glass. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Remove and cool.
