2 cups shredded mozzarella (freshly shredded, not pre-shredded)
2 boneless chicken breasts (boiled, cooled, and chopped)
Salt and pepper to tasts
Instructions
Mix everything in a bolw (except wrappers). Lay out egg roll wrappers. Place mix on wrapper and wrap it then seal with a dab of water. Heat oil (corn, veggie or canola) in frying pan to cover each egg roll half way up. Fry until golden brown.
Serve with Texas Pete Buffalo sauce and a little blue cheese (mix them together).
