     Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients
CHOCOLATE LAYER
4 squares sugar free or dark chocolate (melted)
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
OR
0.2 cup cacao
3-4 tbsp granulated sweetener
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
PEANUT BUTTER LAYER
 
4 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1 tbsp granulated sweetner

Instructions
Pour in small silicone forms and put in the freezer on a plate. If you want chocolate covered pb cups you take them out after 45-60 minutes, put baking paper on the plate, cover the cups in chocolate and let freeze again until it's set. If not, you just pour the chocolate over the pb in the silicone forms and let freeze.
