1 package (8oz) cream cheese, softened
|
|
1 cup mayo
|
|
1 garlic clove, pressed or chopped
|
|
1-2 jars (approx 14oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
|
|
8oz crabmeat, drained and picked thru for shells
|
|
1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions (scallions)
|
|
3/4 cup (3oz) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
|
|
1 lemon
|
|
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
|
|

|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
1. Preheat oven to 350. Combine cream cheese and
mayo in large bowl. Mix well. Add Garlic
|
|
|
2. Add artichokes, crab meat, Parmesan cheese, green
onions,black pepper, and 1 tsp lemon zest. Mix well.
|
|
|
3. Spoon mixture into shallow baking dish and spread
to even. Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown
around edges.
