     Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
2 cans of cream of mushroom
2 cans of cream of celery
2 cans of cream of chicken
2 cheddar cheese soup
2- 15 oz. cans chicken broth
1- 15 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 cup Pace medium salsa
1 can green chilies (4 1/2 diced- don't drain)
Medium onion chopped
 
4 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon red chilie powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
4 cooked chicken breasts (about 5 cups chopped small)
1 package floured tortilla
shredded cheddar and colby cheese to sprinkle on top

Instructions
Mix all 8 cans of soup in a large pot. Add chicken broth and rest of ingredients up until salt and pepper. Bring all ingredients to full boil, reduce and simmer 1 hour. Add cilantro and chicken and simmer 1 hour. Cut flour tortilla in small, thin strips and bake in oven until golden brown( 350 degrees 5-6 minutes). Cut up 8 tortillas. Serve soup with cheese and tortilla strips.
