Mix all ingredients adding the salt last. Stir and mix heavily as
salt will not dissolve quickly.
Use 1 recipe to about every 6 chicken breasts. Marinate 12
hours or as long as you have time.
Mix another batch to use as basting while on grill. (Stir before
basting to make sure salt is mixed well.) Then use the
remaining to brush on chicken when served or brush on while
eating.
