     Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients
1/2 cups butter
1 cup mashed bananas
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk - 1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup nuts
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
 
Instructions
Mix vinegar into milk cream all together and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
Add about a half cup raisins to the batter for a little more flavor.
