Boil shells, slightly underdone, for about 10-12 minutes. Boil several extra in case of breakage. Drain and cool upside-down on a plate.

Mix cheeses and spices as well as you can. Cook spinach per package directions. Quickly drain well and mix 1/2 cup into cheese mix while still hot, reserving extra for later use.

Spread 8 0z. Prego on bottom of small casserole dish. Stuff and place shells one at a time upright in dish. Cover entirely with remaining sauce and sprinkle on additional mozzarella.

|
Cover and bake at pre-heated 350 for 25 minutes, or until bubbly.
