cook the rice in boiling water for 12 mins, until tender. at the same time, hardboil the eggs for 10 mins.
put the chunks for fish into a large frying pan and add a little water. heat and simmer for 3-4 mins until the fish is cooked. drain off the water.
shell the eggs and quarter them. drain the rice and add it to the fish with curry powder, peas and parsley. heat, stirring gently, for 2-3 mins. season with black pepper and serve, topped with eggs.
