Ingredients
1 large banana
150g frozen forest fruits
150g low-fat natural yoghurt
750ml semi-skimmed milk
 

Instructions
slice the banana into a blender and add the frozen fruit (no need to thaw first)
add the low fat yoghurt and milk.
blend together for 15-20 secs, then pour into 4 glasses. enjoy straight away.
Serving Suggestions
serve with cereal or wholemeal toast
