4 wholemeal pitta breads

4 tsp tomato puree

Instructions |

|
preheat the oven to 190c/fan 170c/gas 5. place the pitta breads on a baking tray.

spread each one with tomato puree, then top them with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese. sprinkle with the mixed herbs and season with pepper.

|
|
bake for 10-12 ins, or until the cheese has melted and bubbling, serve with salad.
