Cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
Season chicken with cajun spice.
Add chicken broth and heavy cream in skillet.
Season with additional cajun spice if preferred.
Cook until sauce thickens a bit from the heavy
cream. Then, add Parmesan cheese and whisk. Add
fettuccine and chicken to the sauce and toss.
Cajun Spice
-2 1/2 tbsp. salt
-1 tbsp. paprika
-1 tbsp. dried oregano
-1 tbsp. red chili powder
-1 tbsp. ground black pepper
