In a Large pasta pot brown chopped onion and
garlic in olive oil...and bacon if
desired...Afterwords...pour in a splash of Veggie
broth to help remove onion and garlic from the
bottom of the pan. Add heapings of greens one by
one. Add half broth and half water as needed.
Don't drown the greens. Cook on low heat for at
least an hour. Garnish with lemon juice afterword
