Ingredients
127.5g Caster Sugar
40g Liquid Glucose
125g Muscavado Sugar
200g Butter
125g Double Cream (Room Temperature)
10g Salt
 

Instructions
Heat Caster Sugar and Glucose, tip pan DO NOT STIR. Add Muscavado and Stir. Add Cream , take off heat, and stir. Add butter and salt.
