1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp dried thyme

Instructions |

|
Multiply ingredients to desired number of servings, may need to ingrease bake time.
|

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
|
|
|
In large bowl combine oil, salt and thyme. Toss potato wedges in oil and spread wedges on greased baking sheet.
|
|
|
Bake 12 minutes, turn and bake 8 minutes more.
|
