Steps-
1) cut each avocado in half long ways, twist open and remove the pits.
2) scoop out the flesh from each half and place in a heavy bowl, then mash with your favorite kitchen tool, mine is a pastry cutter.
3) peel garlic cloves, then using a garlic press, add 1 clove for each avocado to the bowl
4) add salt 1/4 teaspoon at a time mixing the guacamole as you go. Taste for flavor. I usually add a teaspoon for two avocados
5) add the chopped cilantro and mix well.

You may add additional items to will enhance your guacamole and put it over the top. Think of crunchy bacon bits, raspberries, mango, shrimp or even a minced serrano or jalapeño chili pepper.
