     Royal Icing

Ingredients
3 tbsp Meringue Powder
4 cups softed powdered sugar (about 1 lb)
6 tbsp water
 

Instructions
Beat all ingredients at low speed for 7-10 minutes until icing forms peaks.
When using large countertop mixer or for stiffer icing, use 1 tbsp less water.
Air dried decorations stored in airtight container last for 3 months.
Serving Suggestions
Yields: 3 cups (enough for 6" cake 4" high)
