1/2 Tablespoon peppercorns, cracked (can be any color you prefer)
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the garlic and cheese and whisk. Slowly raise the heat to medium and add the parsley and peppercorns. Cook until fragrant, about five minutes.
