     Cream Cheese Mints

Ingredients
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp peppermint candy flavor
Icing color as desired
2 cups powdered sugar
Sugar
 

Instructions
Blend cheese with flavoring and color; mix in sugar. Knead until mixture is firm, adding more sugar if needed. Roll mixture into balls. Dip one side in a small amount of granulated sugar. Press, sugar side down, in candy mold. Unmold immediately onto waxed paper.
Serving Suggestions
Yields: 12-15 mint bells.
