Servings   4

Ingredients
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp cornstarch
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)
1 tsp rated orange zest
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated & peeled (or 1/4 tsp ground ginger)
3 tsp oil, divided
1 lb beef top sirloin steak, cut thinly on diagonal across grain - easier if slightly frozen

1 1/2 cups broccoli florets

2 medium oranges, segmented and chopped

Instructions
Combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, garlic, orange zest, and ginger and set aside.
Heat wok or large frying pan on medium-high until very hot. Add 2 tsp oil. Add beef. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until desired doneness. Transfer to a small bowl. Cover to keep warm.
Heat 1 tsp oil in wok on medium heat. Add broccoli and green onion. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until broccoli is bright green.
Add beef and chopped orange. Stir. Stir cornstarch mixture. Add to beef mixture. Heat and stir for about 2 minutes until sauce is boiling and thickened and broccoli is tender-crisp.
