1 lb beef top sirloin steak, cut thinly on diagonal across grain - easier if slightly frozen
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets
6 green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
2 medium oranges, segmented and chopped
Instructions
Combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, cornstarch, garlic, orange zest, and ginger and set aside.
Heat wok or large frying pan on medium-high until very hot. Add 2 tsp oil. Add beef. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until desired doneness. Transfer to a small bowl. Cover to keep warm.
Heat 1 tsp oil in wok on medium heat. Add broccoli and green onion. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until broccoli is bright green.
Add beef and chopped orange. Stir. Stir cornstarch mixture. Add to beef mixture. Heat and stir for about 2 minutes until sauce is boiling and thickened and broccoli is tender-crisp.
