1 15 oz. can tomato sauce

1 Tbs. sugar
1 Tbs. Italian seasoning or 1 tsp. basil and 1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
half tsp. black pepper
halftsp. Cajun seasoning like Tony Chachere's (optional)
dash of Tabasco sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
