     Vegan Avocado Pesto Zucchini Spaghettit

Ingredients
5 Zuchinis
1/2 ripe avocado
1 teaspoon basil paste
1 teaspoon lemon zuice
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 TBS almond milk
1 TBS sesame seeds
1 TBS pinenuts
Pinch of salt
 

Instructions
Use spiralizer (or peeler)to make zucchini noodles.
Mash avocado and mix in basil paste, lemon juice, soy sauce, salt, sesame seeds and almond milk.
Pour avocado pesto over zucchini noodles and mix until coated.
Serve chilled and garnish with pinenuts.
