     Cucumbers In Sour Cream

Ingredients
3-4 cucumbers
1-11/2 c. sour cream
3 T. vinegar
2 T. salt
1 T. sugar
1/2 t. pepper
1 T. minced dill or chives (optional)
 
Instructions
1. Slice cucumbers thin, sprinkle generously with salt and let stand for at least a couple of hours. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out the moisture.
2, Mix rest of ingredients and fold the cucumbers into the sauce. Chill.
