1). Put all of the ingredients into a 1 gallon
jug.
2). Fill with lukewarm water. (keeping below the
neck of the jug)
3). Put heavy balloon on top of jug.
4). Once the balloon inflates then deflates, the
wine is ready.
5). Strain with cheesecloth.
It takes about 6 weeks. Keep at room temperature
until wine
is ready...
