Combine melted buter, powdered sugar, peanut butter and cereal in a large bowl. Mix throughly. Form into one-inch balls and place on cookie sheet to freeze until solid. In double boiler, melt chocolate & shortening over warm water - not hot. Rolls balls into chocolate until covered and remove to wax paper. Let dry and store in containers. Can be frozen to keep.
