3 Packages Ramen Noodles
1 Cabbage, shredded
8 Scallions, chopped
1/4 cup Apple Juice
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Teaspoon minced ginger
1 1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1 dash pepper
 

Instructions
Combine all the ingredients
Chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
