     Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients
1 large bunch of fresh broccoli chopped or 1 bag frozen broccoli florets (cook 10 min)
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1/4 lb. Velveeta Cheese chopped approx 2 cups
1 Cup Shredded Cheese (to put on top)
Topping
1 1/2 sleeves of Townhouse crackers crushed
1 stick Butter melted
 
Add melted butter to crushed crackers right before you put mixture on casserole

Instructions
Cook and Drain broccoli, add can of celery soup and cheese stir until melted. Put in 9x12 greased baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and place in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Now take your crackers and crush them and add the melted butter until coated. Once your broccoli casseroll starts to bubble add cracker mixture to top and return to the oven until it browns.
